Q:  How did Big Brands Mall come about?

A:  Big Brands Mall (BBM) was founded as a way for new brands to affordably and more easily offer their products for sale while growing their brands.  This allows each brand to put more focus on product design and customer service as they grow. 

By sharing resources such as site design, maintenance, marketing, payment processing and shipping, each brand is able to more economically build and grow their business.  This also allows the customer to place a single order across multiple brands.  Let's face it...there is power in numbers. 

 

Q:  Why do you NOT charge shipping?

A:  Shipping is one of those things that can be frustrating for the customer as well as the retailer.  There are so many ways a business can charge shipping and most of the time it does not benefit the customer.  Sometimes the customer doesn't even know the true shipping charges until they are most of the way through the checkout process.

At BBM we require brands to price each individual product with shipping included in the advertised price.  This way the customer immediately knows by looking at the product price what their order total will be (excluding any possible discounts).  This also makes it easier when a customer places a single order that includes products from multiple brands as we ship from multiple locations.

 

Q: Is Big Brands Mall owned by anyone?

A:  Big Brands Mall is a PWG Group, LTD. company.  PWG Group is a holding company located in Ohio.  For additional information go to, pwggroup.com

 

Q:  Do you charge sales tax?

A:  Although we ship from many different locations, BBM is located (or has nexus) in State of Ohio, USA.  As such we are required to charge sales tax on all orders when the customer is based in Ohio.  BUT don't worry my fellow Ohio Buckeyes!!  We collect sales tax from the already advertised price of each product. 

Why do we do this?  We want everyone to pay the same price regardless of where you are located.  Ohio orders definitely cut into margin since the price of each item has both shipping and tax deducted from the sale.  We're ok with that!  Our goal is to make happy customers for life!

 

Q:  How long will my product take to arrive?

A:  In general products should arrive to your location within 5 business days.  Delivery may be sooner or longer depending on various factors.  We DON'T like to promise delivery times as our products are manufactured and shipped from various locations and we do not have control over many of those factors.  We will keep you updated on the status of your order. 

Rest assured we make every effort to get products shipped out as quickly as possible!!

 

Q:  I see you give to good causes.  Will we know where the giving goes?

A:  Absolutely!!  First off we are dedicated to giving 10% of the profit from each order to causes we deem as good and worthy.  We will continue to set aside 10% of the profit from each order to give to predetermined causes or when an emergency cause arises.
